When you submit our lien intake form, we collect the information you provide: your business name and contact details, and information about the job — the property address, who hired you, the amount owed, and your last day of work or delivery. If you use the deadline tracker, we store the job details you enter and, if you enable notifications, a push-notification token for your device. We do not collect payment card information through this app.
Your information is used solely to evaluate and prepare your lien filing, to contact you about your matter, and to send the deadline reminders you request. Submissions are reviewed by a licensed Georgia attorney at The Delashmit Firm LLC.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers in this app.
The app is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Form submissions are transmitted securely to The Delashmit Firm LLC's case-management systems.
Intake submissions are retained as client or prospective-client records in accordance with the firm's record-retention obligations under Georgia law and the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. You may request deletion of tracker data at any time.
